From the 24th November 2024, the customer service contact number will change. Please use the new number below for all customer service inquiries from this date:

Our service hours remain the same, and you can also reach us through email.

 

Will the new contact number be free to call?

Yes, our new customer service contact number is a freephone number, meaning it is completely free to call from any UK landline or mobile. We are committed to providing you with the best service experience, and eliminating call costs is one way we aim to make it easier for you to reach us.

Will the current contact number still be available to use after the 24th November?

Yes, from the 24th of November, our current contact number will still be active for a period of time, however charges may occur depending on your mobile plan. Please use the new freephone contact number from this date onwards to ensure you do not get charged.

Where can I find the new contact number if I need to get in touch?

You'll easily find our new customer service contact number on both our website and mobile app/web-app. We’re in the process of updating this information across all of our platforms, including our chargers in the field, so please bear with us while these changes are rolled out.
