We are actively working on improving the GeniePoint Network in different ways, with increasing the network reliability being a very important one. Some of our public chargers have not been working as they should, so we have started to fix and replace them. We’ve successfully replaced over 100 GeniePoint chargers and will be replacing more over the coming weeks and months.
We understand and appreciate that many customers rely on the public charging network and that’s why it's important to us that we ensure our chargers are reliable and ready to use when you need us.
